Mô tả công việc
- Provides assistance with centrifugal compressor start-ups, overhauls/repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provides troubleshooting and technical support to channel partners and customers. Executes assignments with guidance from experienced engineer.
- Follows up customer claim, resolve and/or recommend solutions
- Completes service and maintenance plan.
- Presents training programs to customers and channel partners.
- Issues reports pertaining to the centrifugal compressor and provides feedback to other company departments, develops improvement solutions
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience minimum 5 years' experience in related field
* Knowledge
- Good for reading, writing and oral Chinese and English; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software; ERP experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrate problem solving and process analysis skills; Good judgement skills with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Basic knowledge of centrifugal comperssor's drawing
* Personality
- Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable; able to work independently within team focused environment
* Certificate
- Performance Assessment spare part sales, customer satisfaction
