Mô tả công việc
* Product Development
- Preparing product design drawings and technical specifications
- Analyzing concepts of similar products in the market to match quality and performance
- Participating in the process of launching new products/projects
* Production
- Tracking daily productivity by performing evaluations, time studies, simulation, and line balancing
- Analyzing production capacity utilization, updating method sheets and production process documentations
- Analyzing the production waste and performing data collection, spreadsheet creation and data analysis for each waste.
* Quality
- Performing quality assessment measures on the incoming materials and finished products
- Preparing documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed report and performance records utilizing basic quality tools along with problem solving techniques
- Supporting ISO 9001:2015 audit activities and updating quality documentation based on the standards required in the QMS
* Materials
- Analyzing the master production schedule, demand forecast and supporting the weekly materials requirement plans
- Participating to enter relevant receipt, issuance material records in the system; and analyzing material inventories.
- Overseeing the supply and delivery of materials; supporting to manage inventory issues and schedule changes.
* Human Resources
- Recruitment: Participate and perform all the recruitment process such as screening CV, arrange interview, set up and maintain networks/channel of potential passive candidates, join the jobs fair/ recruitment event…
- Training: participate and perform on training process such as follow up & perform the training plans (internal & external), make the training documents, orientation training for newcomer about labor regulations, ....
- Report on Recruitment and Training and perform the other HR tasks by HR Manager (if required)

Yêu cầu công việc
- Final year students or recent graduates in all engineering/industrial management/supply chain majors/ Human Resources or the relevant fields
- Preferable to take on full-time internship
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Proficient in MS Office, Mini Tab, AutoCAD and other analytical planning tools. (Notes: for Human Resources interns position only need MS office: word, excel and power points)
- Are born leaders and are passionate to make things happen
- Like to bring creativity & innovation to their work
- Have strong analytical thinking and skills
- Good communication
