Mô tả công việc
- Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result as assembly instructions
- Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions
- Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysis and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout
- Remove waste from the processes
- Set up factory start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time, electric, etc.
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
- Carry out FMEAs, (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and implement improvements
- Poka Yoke (error proofing) where possible to prevent errors
People Management
- Lead and/or support technicians, Listening GR and support them handling.
- Train people within own work group

Yêu cầu công việc
- Keep daily monitor Production line, understand about process technology & support line abnormal handling communicate with QA/QE, PE, PC daily.
- Set up daily/month/ yearly ST for production line, processing line base on ST from HQ/NPT
- Follow PC plan to control line daily capacity and adjusting when having abnormal.
- Hold meeting and make report & follow if PD having loss out.
- Calculate & Report down time and possible trends
- Summary PD OEE/ESC/KIP report.
- Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output
- Other duties at the request from Manager or suggest from GL
