Monitor, update, evaluate quality management system.
Evaluate the compliance of the food safety system trough GMP, hygiene audit and pest control.
Prepare, issue check sheet, work instruction.
Control document, record.
Perform traceability and investigating products related to customer complaints.
Cooperate with related sections to ensure implementation and compliance with the requirements of the quality and food safety system.
Cooperate with other departments in handling the non-conformity of the quality and food safety system in a timely and accurately manner to ensure the productivity, quality, and food safety.
Work progress reports for management.
Guidance, training subordinates to comply processes, guidelines and expand their awareness of quality and food safety.
Perform the task be required by superior.

University graduate food major or related industries
At least experience 3 years in a similar position.
Prior experience in production is preferred
Knowledgeable and experienced in the food industry
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP.
Good at English in both speaking & writting.
Skilled management and organization.
Capable of teamwork.
Communication skills, reciprocal good.
Able to work under high pressure.
Responsible for job
Agile, enthusiastic, honest and progressive spirit.
