Mô tả công việc
* Job Purpose
- Manage, maintain and solve all activites in Procurement department
* Manage staffs:
- Monitor, supervise staffs how they work effectively and safe
- Support/ Back-up/ advice staffs in urgent and hard cases
- Training/ Instruct staffs when having new tasks (If any)
- Evaluation staffs everymonth
* Taking responsibility, manage and make the procurement procedure:
- Planning to source the potential suppliers
- Getting the bidding quotations then select the suitable suppliers
- Negociate with the suppliers about prices and terms
- Making contract between both of sides
- Making plans to purchase and following tightly the factory’s schedule.
- Evalutation the suppliers’ performance every year for Audit
- Keep the suppliers’ sustainability and effection on working
- Making purchasing report to BOD at the end of month
- Be in charge of buying tooling and spare parts for Production.
- Take responsibility and manage all Purchasing activities for both of 03 factories
- Co-operate with other deparments in the company to complete all tasks smoothly
* Control hygience and safety at the procurement department:
- Control all matters regarding hygience and safety to prevent all risky for staffs in the department.
* Control all PO; Payment requests; other documents belongs to the Procurement department:
- Checking; signing and taking responsibility with all PO; Payment request or other documents from the Procurement department.
* Key Performance Indicators
- Don’t accept staffs leaving work place without suitable reason or take leave without permitsion or acception from manager.
- All working area must be cleaned
- 100% staffs will be evaluated honestly.
- Propose staffs who work well exactly

- Graduate from University/ Barchelor degree
- Leadership skill
- Good evaluation skills and problems solving
- Can using at least one language
- Ability to work independently, good communication and teamwork
- Responsible, meticulous, enthusiastic and work under pressure.
