Execute and maintain the strategies and implementation of the enterprise ERP applications and key applications which support sales/order-to-cash process for the company including data interfaces with business partner e.g. Banks, JVs.
Assist in the development of the Company’s policies, strategies, systems, procedures, technical standards of the IT strategy, study software technology roadmap and plan the applications roadmap.
Perform day-to-day operation and maintenance of the enterprise application portfolio with architect to ensure the enterprise can sustain the competitiveness and capture value from IT and related technology changes.
Maintain enterprise business intelligence and data warehouse system as well as predictive analytics platform to serve whole the Company’s supply chain.
Contribute to IT Projects aligning with the latest business direction and manage/support IT projects to meet with the agreed KPIs target.
Initiate, study and provide recommendations to supervisor on up-to-date the enterprise ERP applications and key applications for future business directions and enterprise needs.
Audit and report deployed systems to ensure effectiveness and compliance with reference architectures.
Provide training and technical services for users with varying levels of IT knowledge.
Perform good IT practices to support IT Governance and ensure a good IT practices across working team.
Follow and adhere to the Company’s code of conduct, safety procedures, and compliance with the applicable laws strictly.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or related filed.
WORKING EXPERIENCE;
5-8 years of relevant experience in ERP (SAP) administration and IT network/systems administration or related role in a medium to large enterprise
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS;
Good understanding of enterprise ERP (SAP) implementation and administration.
Good understanding of the latest in network hardware, software, technology, and trends.
Good knowledge of application & database design and development skills.
High responsibility, reliability, flexibility and service mind.
Proficient in the use of necessary program or software.
High English proficiency (Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing).

Công ty TNHH Hóa dầu Long Sơn (LSP), một công ty được thành lập tại nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam, được thành lập để phát triển, xây dựng và vận hành tổ hợp hóa dầu tích hợp đầu tiên của Việt Nam đặt tại tỉnh Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu. Dự án sẽ bao gồm một nhà máy bẻ khóa thức ăn hỗn hợp cấp cơ sở quy mô thế giới, các nhà máy polyolefin hạ nguồn (HDPE, PP và LLDPE), đơn vị tiện ích trung tâm, cảng, cầu cảng và các cơ sở lưu trữ và các cơ sở liên quan khác. Là dự án hóa dầu tích hợp đầu tiên tại Việt Nam, tầm quan trọng chiến lược của LSP nằm ở bản chất thay thế nhập khẩu nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu nội địa đang tăng nhanh và bền vững của Việt Nam đối với nhựa polyme, đồng thời nâng cao khả năng cạnh tranh của ngành nhựa, một ngành xuất khẩu quan trọng của Việt Nam.
