−My name is Nguyen Tan Toan. I was born in 1988. My birthplace is in Binh Dinh. Currently, I live in Binh Duong. I am a Factory Director in VIETSWAN FOOD PROCESSING MTV COMPANY LIMITED.
−I have studied and graduated with a Good degree majoring in Engineering Food Technology from the University of Technology and Education of Ho Chi Minh City. During my studies, I have leaned a lot of knowledge about food biochemistry, knowledge of automation, processes of settling, filtration, centrifugation, heating, freezing, adsorption, absorption, etc. food machinery - equipment, fermentation technology, post-harvest preservation technology, confectionery processing technology, meat - egg - milk processing technology., tea - coffee -Cocoa processing technology, microbiology, mold culture, colonies, titration of acids, bases, testing of protein concentration...
