+ Inspect SMT, AOI, process follow AI of Solaredge and WI of Jabil.
+ Check plan, inspect implement ECO, DCO, MCO,… to ensure product meet internal/ external quality standards.
+ Co-work with Jabil to improve prod process, failure analysis and make countermeasure follow ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610
06/2020-11/2020 - NPI Assistance Engineer
+ Follow project from NPI to mass production / validate new
line, new process base on 4M.
+ Solving troubleshoots during product development.
+ To plan IPQC, OQC training and control IPQC, OQC checksheet, WI.
+ Working with Engineering documents on Agile and ATE System.
+ Follow Quality & Reliability Lab ( Pull Test, C3, IONIC Test, HATs, L2L Test, T2B, X-Ray,…).
Finish Product Quality Control / Warehouse Quality Control - Schneider Electric Manufacturing Vietnam | HCMC (Working depend on PBNC Manpower Sourcing)

+ Actual electrical test Finish Products in line, measure and compare with master sample based on checklists and make report to show results.

06/2019-11/2019 - Warehouse Quality Control
+ Control quality of transfer orders (material) from Warehouse to Production (Based on SAP System and datasheet).
+ Detect quality and detail of returned material from Production.
