- Follow up corrective, preventive action related to QA/QC, solve problem related to ensure deadline (CAR, PAR)
- Make plan and flow up on Quality Assurance from incoming, in process to final control in factory. Review and approval PPAP document before mass production.
- Follow the Potential Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (P-FMEA) when mass production.
- Review, revised and develop SOP. Training and manage all staff QA/QC to activities in high efficiency.
- Management and control specified standard and quality of the product according the process.
- Suggest repair, maintain and improve the machines system, tools.
- Introduce and prepare the documents for customer audit or visit in the factory.
- Take out solution for quality the product to customer when have quality problem. (8D report).
- Assist QA/QC Managers to improve current products and develop new products and support for other departments.
- QA/QC report by daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
