01/2019 – 03/2021,QA/QC Lab Engineer, Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemicals (NSRP), Thanh Hoa, Vietnam. Method - Prepare test procedures based on ASTM, UOP, ISO, etc for Petroleum analyses. - Conduct technical analyses of Petroleum products (Gasoline, Diesel Oil, Jet A1, Fuel Oil, P-xylene, Benzen, Sulfur...). - Enhance the accuracy of test methods via quality control tools (SQC, CRM, PT, etc.) - Revise documents to be suitable with actual situations. - Maintains all databases in an accurate and timely manner. - Proficient at running and maintaining laboratory instrumentation including but not limited to: Distillation, Karl Fischer, UV-Vis, Viscosity, Lubricity, HPLC, X-Rays… Man - Prepare training materials, conduct trainings and records according to ISO 17025. - Ensure the performance and compliance of all members. - Good team-work spirit by encouraging other members to have better performance. Machine - Participate in the startup and performance test of laboratory equipment. - Prepare operation, calibration, maintenance of the equipment. - Work with vendors, suppliers for issues related to equipment and periodic maintenance. - Coordinates proper maintenance and calibration, including preventative maintenance scheduling of analytical equipment.
