Prepare packing list, invoice, and contact logistics agent for shipping booking.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle development projects with the guidance and support of the New Balance Development Team Leader from head quarter and local lead product developer.
Manage the product development process from the prototyping stage until to commercialization in accordance with released product creation calendar.
Receive Tech packages and review with relevant teams to prepare material ideas, pattern, tooling, cutting die, and issues between factory and customers.
Build up specs on customer’s default system to get their confirmation for all new launched styles.
Ensure all of development finished shoes and raw material are fully tested on laboratory following up New Balance’s quality standards.
