Conduct routine tests for raw materials, in-process testing, and finished goods: Assay tests (HPLC, IC, AAS, Automatic Titrator...), Identification test, and Limit test. Experienced in operating LAB equipment: HPLC, IC, AAS, UV-Vis, Automatic Titrators... Monitor calibration & Preventive maintenance for equipment: Automatic Titrators, Automatic Moisture, HPLC, UV-Vis & AAS. Prepare working standards, reagents for daily test; check reagent's expiration periodically; evaluate reference standards before using/ shelf-life studies. Raise OOS/NC related to analytical testing and complete investigation report/ correction action. Implemented 3 analytical method validations & supported 5+ validations/ qualifications. Maintain inventory of spares, chemicals, consumables,... & monitor purchasing plan to ensure no stock incident. Revised testing procedures/ equipment work instructions for continuous improvement.
