o Establish Inspection method, control method to ensure product Quality. o Preparing Audit documents. o Training employees about quality (Training about measuring instruments, inspection standards, judge defect…) o Check and classify product. o Control Quality of Pre-production and main production before shipment. o Handling occurring issues on line. o Evaluating 3D5S/Patrol /QPA on line periodically. o Analyze defect, find out the causes of abnormal problems, meet with relevant departments to give the cause and countermeasures. o Monitoring the quality of the first product and the change product. o Provide process improvement ideas.

o 04/04/2015 – 06/06/2015: Trained at Headquarter - Korea Wisol for 2 months about Quality. o Preparing documents ralated to Internal Audit, Customer Audit (QPA, QSA, Eco-partner). o Handle feedback from customer: Analyze root cause and take corrective action to solve a problem, make countermeasure report, make list to control VOC. o Organize the quality meetings with production manager, process engineers for improvements.o Establish Inspection standards, work instruction for Quality Parts. Contact, exchange with Headquarter and update standards for product. o Make daily, weekly, monthly report for Quality Manager. o Following up with any occurring issues related to quality, and report issues if necessary. o Co-ordination with related sections to solve quality matters. o Making Quality Reports: Quality Meeting Report, Abnormal Quality Report, Customer Complaint Report… o Monitoring and controlling ECN Change. o Periodically send sample for Rohs test then update the result. o Control data on system: MES, SQCI, GMQIS. o Control and organize the checking, calibration for all testing equipments and devices in Quality parts. o Training new Staff and Operator when required. o Knowledge about 3D5S, 4M, 5W1H, PDCA, 7Tools, … o Other jobs are assigned by manager. o Achievement: June, September, December 2016, November 2015 excellent staff.
