Receive and analyze orders from branches.
- Set up production plans from cutting to assembly processes. Also make work orders for other department such as purchasing materials, lamination.
- Control defective rate and set up plan to re-produce, ensure shipping on-time.
- Monitor and control manufacturing workshops, following 5S and 7W standard.
- Study and apply Kaizen mindset and activities into manufacturing.
- Design and arrange layouts of production lines in order to better efficiency.
