With nearly 2 years of experience in warehouse admin, at the moment I'm looking for an opportunity to work in the position of warehouse management because it is where I could use all my knowledge, skills, and experience. My career goals include working at a company where I can expand my knowledge, challenge myself and also gain new experience. - Follow up actual and system inventory, send reports to the direct manager
- Ensure that all products are stored in the correct location, in accordance with FIFO FEFO regulations
- Respond to customer emails, work with supplier/buyer when goods have problems
- Perform cycle count of all goods daily, weekly, and quarterly and report all quality-related issues to superiors and work with stakeholders.
- Use WMS and SAP at work
- Perform 5S audit daily to ensure job safety
- Prepare inventory reconciliation reports between SAP and WMS to promptly detect discrepancies and correct errors.
- Support for Picking of stock as per the pick slip.
- Support for stock Receiving Process
- QA of goods before delivery through the factory
- Monitor inbound transactions in the system to ensure inventory report accurate
- Filing & Maintaining the record for easy retrieval.
