Follow orders from receiving order information until shipped out such as:
-Receive information from customers, and support customers in the ordering process.
- Work with the technical department, monitor the sample-making process, ensure quality requirements, and send to customers for approval.
-Check the comment from Buyer to find the right improvement method.
-Check details of materials on approved garments, packing way, and so on, to order materials.
-Finding suitable suppliers to order materials for production. Check quality, negotiate price, delivery date, and so on. Send material samples to Buyers for approval before putting the product into production. Check delivery processes to ensure materials are of the right quality, the right type, sufficient quantity, and on-time delivery. Solve problems with suppliers.
- Check inventory to balance the quantity and type of goods that can be used for the next orders and store them at the warehouse according to regulations.
- Work with production, engineering, and QC departments to ensure orders are produced with quality, and quantity and delivered on schedule.
-Check emails from Buyers to update changes from Buyers and resolve issues that arise during production.
- Make packing lists.
- Report all issues related to orders to the superior.
- Make debit notes to pay suppliers
