Position: Student in TBBMI and Social Coordinator for a church in Oslo, Norway
- Doing social ministries as teaching Vietnamese language for Vietnamese children in Church
Organization. Also being volunteer into the foods group cooking.
- Working in the sushi restaurant such as rice cooking, vegetable cutting, some food cooking.
- Establishing a group to help the needs of Vietnamese family such as keeping children, house moving. The purpose is to build up the community relationship.
* 03/2007 -12/2013: ELECTRICAL SHOP
Position: Purchasing staff
- Finding some quality vendors for supplying good materials; for reducing the price
- Make a contract for compensation in case of failure
- Checking inventory
- Controlling transportation.
- Checking all materials delivery: correct quantity, correct specification and invoice.
valuating their process, working environment and quality management.
- Monthly quality report of each local Vendors. Asking for doing after service to compensate.
- Analyzing the process defect report and field market defect report through the data on the system PQS, SAP.
- Suggestion for Quality Improvement
- Training all depts about the procedure of Suggestion Quality Improvement
- Selecting all suggestions from attendants in each Depts. Then clarifying it belongs to be in charge of depts.
- Establishing the list of suggestion, name of attendants, in charge of depts for quality implementation improvement.
- Monthly suggestion report to know how many Depts written suggestions, Written suggestion quantity..
- Each approved quality suggestion will be rewarded to written through the list.
- Follow up the implementation status of Depts in charge.
- Internal Audit (ISO controller)
- Managing all standards of all depts. Follow up the implementation status.
- Performing monthly Audit plan. Making the monthly of Audit report
- Registering all new standards of depts.
- Preparing for ISO auditing. Distributing all items to belongs to depts in charge of. Also monitor the performance of finished, unfinished items
- Translating some standards from English into Vietnamese
- Knowledge and hands on experience in ISO 9001:2000; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18000
