 Prepare and implement safety plan of Cummins as required by law and monitor compliances  Maintain OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 onsite  Conduct pre-operational risk assessments and hazard control on new site and new job operation  Co-ordinate the efforts of and coach personnel through the development of critical documentation and tools to support risk assessments, safe work practices  Investigate occupational incidents and take measures to minimize occupational incidents at the factory  Deploy HSE campaigns as Safety Start with Me, Safety Zone, Safety Driving, and conduct in-house training for employees and contractors  Co-ordinate to conduct HSE training program followed local and Cummins requirements  Monitor new installation, maintenance the fire prevention and fighting system to ensure they work accurately  Organize annual fire drill, food poison drill, chemical event drill  Manage hazardous waste and treatment  Prepare and submit periodic HSE report to authority and Cummins system such as firefighting report, labor safety hygiene report, incident summary report  Consult and keep update the latest HSE legislation  Lead all CSR activities, Right Environment Team activities, Team building activities for head office and branches in Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi

 Maintain and develop the necessary HSE standards to ensure the occupational health and safety of site personnel, visitors and contractors, comply with Nidec Tosok standard and law required  Report to GM on HSE activities and improvement plan  Provide HSE direction, assistance and support for corrective actions and recommendations to assure site HSE improvements  Help create a culture of injury-free attitudes within the site team by demonstrating honest, genuine care and passion for HSE  Develop and implement site workplace inspections and audits to identify work hazards and exposures.  Prepare HSE statistics, analysis for the factory projects  Prepare internal and external HSE report  Work with state agencies related to HSE issues and response to RBA (EICC) audit  Lead completion of risk assessment for all routine and non-routine jobs  Review and assist in the development of new facilities and processes to ensure optimum HSE practices are integrated as part of the change  Work closely with site leadership to ensure continual improvement and compliance in HSE activities  Manage incident investigation to find out root cause and recommend corrective action and precaution method  Maintain and develop, if required, compliance-related policies and procedures based on HSE requirements  Ensure all regulatory documentation and records are maintained and report.  Supervise the operation of the fire prevention and fighting system  Provide training, assistance and mentor to team members  Enforce contractors for safety measurement within the factory project  Coordinate and conduct HSE meetings to drive involvement of all employees in related matters  Deliver training as required

 Establish safety, health and environment procedures to achieve the performance standards, targets and all obligations of EPC in Van Phong 1 Thermal power plant project  Provide expert advice with respect to conditions of works, duties and responsibilities, and privileges and entitlements under the company’s rules and law  Implement and monitor project management and safety, health and environment in compliance with owner's requirement  Develop and implement occupational health and safety management system in accordance with law and company  Be guider of Environmental permit of Van Phong 1 Thermal power plant  Prevent incidents, occupational related disease, potential occupational health and safety hazards in every activity, facility and process  Conduct rountine inspection to observe and guide personnel in safe work practices and methods  Conduct all incident investigation  Manage permit to work system in construction stage  Work with state agencies related to HSE issues and owner’s lender audit  Conduct all HSE reports accordance with law, owner and company
