- Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Document verification and issued VAT invoices to customers from e-invoice system and record the transaction in the SAP system. Created customer or vendor profiles in SAP with complete and accurate information. Prepare revenue monthly report Follow up and corporate with sales for all outstanding balance, update RAstatus, send out the receivable statement to customers. - Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Input all transactions into the SAP system with vendor invoices Calculate and booking with holdings tax when occur Process payment for vendors Responsible for inspecting and paying customs duties Reconcile AP balance with vendors by end of periods - Financial Reporting and Cash Management: Conduct regular cash counts. Bank reconciliations and generate cash flow reports. Support BS review pack and sub-consolidation of financial statements(ConsA&B). - Compliance with Tax Policies and Auditing Standards: Adhere to external and internal audit policies.Prepare VAT and WHT reports Perform monthly tax reconciliation and payment confirmations. - Other tasks assigned by Board of Management: Act as Business Partner to provide advice and guidance on finance/accounting
