+ Sample Reliablity Testing before mass production
- Description:
Prepare before test: Setup server, program, equipment ( signal generator, spectrum analyzer, RF cable..., ) for the testing
Check the specification file and create a standard file for testing.
Check the functional items of the samples and obtain the values during testing using Linux commands
Get the log and use a histogram and control chart with minitab app to compare, analyze, and check the values against specifications to identify issues.
Analyze sample errors such as SWAP, measure power-on and output, and check the measuring instruments.
Report and collaborate with other departments like R&D and Repair to resolve issues and retest the defective samples.
Support checking and fixing issues on the mass production line.
+ Test process engineer at Manufacturing part
- Description:
Prepare before test: Setup server, program, equipment ( signal generator, spectrum analyzer, RF cable..., ) for the testing
Check the specification file and create a standard file for testing.
Conducting sample tests at normal temperatures with automation program on line environment. Identifying and analyzing issues of the program during the test.
Get the log and use a histogram and control chart with minitab app to compare, analyze, and check the values against specifications to identify issues.
Report and approval the consequence to system.
During mass production, if an issue occurs, check and resolve it to ensure normal production.
