- Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, PBX, surveillance systems, timekeeping systems, LAN/WiFi networks, workstations (PCs and printers), and more. - Provide hardware and software support to end-users. - Coordinate with IT service providers (email, hosting, SaaS) and hardware vendors (workstations, servers, network equipments, power system). - IT asset lifecycle management, including the tracking of equipment records, provisioning, recovery, inventory, and periodic disposal of IT assets. - Advise BOD on IT project implementation strategies and monitor/track organization-wide IT performance. - As Lead of the IT Team, I lead operations, drive team development through knowledge sharing and training initiatives, and ensure progress toward KPI targets while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and 5S standards.

- Main responsibilities about implement, operate, maintain, optimize, and oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure including servers and storage systems, cloud/on-premises platforms, network systems (LAN/WAN/WiFi), security solutions (firewalls, surveillance), backup and disaster recovery systems, communication systems (VoIP, conferencing), and power management (UPS/ATS), ensuring 99.9% uptime for business-critical operations. - Assist and consult the Board of Directors on digital transformation by developing IT infrastructure aligned with the Group's strategic direction to maximize benefits and minimize costs. Responsibilities include: • Analyzing investment efficiency • Researching, evaluating, and selecting hardware, software, application platforms, and data system solutions • Overseeing solutions implementation. - Set and oversee IT infrastructure budgets, implement and maintain IT infrastructure projects for the Group within planned budget constraints, and deliver operational reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Implement IT security risk management aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST cybersecurity frameworks. - Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation including policies, procedures, regulations, guidelines, and corresponding training programs. - Successfully implemented and integrated 5S and Kaizen methodologies across all IT management processes to drive continuous improvement and enhance IT resource efficiency. - IT asset lifecycle management, including the tracking of equipment records, provisioning, recovery, inventory, and periodic disposal of IT assets. - Design and implement comprehensive KPIs to measure and improve the IT Infrastructure Development Team's performance. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and technology partners through effective negotiation to maximize benefits for the Group. - Interact cross-departmentally with a collaborative and sharing mindset, treating every department as both a strategic partner and a valued customer.
