• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for HDMI, SATA, USB, and wire harness assembly products, supporting NPI and mass production.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and troubleshoot process deviations, material variations, and engineering changes to minimize production downtime and maintain process stability.
• Lead root cause analysis using 5 Whys, Fishbone, and production data; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects and improve production yield.
• Analyze IPQC, OQC, and functional test reject data to identify defect trends and drive yield and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and control manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, PFMEA, Control Plans, BOMs, process flows, routings, and cycle time records.
• Support process validation, pilot builds, NPI activities, and engineering change implementation to ensure a smooth transition from development to stable mass production.
• Lead continuous improvement activities involving line balancing, capacity analysis, fixture/process optimization, waste reduction, and manufacturing cost reduction.
