I am Khanh, a Mechanical Engineer with 6 years of experience at Bayer. Currently, I serve as an Operational Excellence - OE and Maintenance Senior Supervisor, where I am responsible for implementing TPM and one Product Supply System - onePSS as leader role.
As the Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) Champion at the Bien Hoa site, I leverage the DSO framework and the foundation of onePSS to foster an efficient and collaborative team environment. My objective is to achieve the site's goals while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and people principles.
My focus is on connecting and supporting squat teams to enrich and allocate resources effectively to our internal customer, involving participation from expert community.

-Support line performance improvement through OEE management, downtime analysis and action plans
- Reduce minimum maintenance cost: Find the solution to repair and extend shelf life of equipment.
- Set up the system for Periodic maintenance: Establish task list, frequency, result.
- Spare part & budget management: Check and approve the price, quantity, quotation of spare part order; Periodic revise spare part technical store to optimize spare part quantity stock.

- Implement Leader Standard Worksheet (LSW) & set up LSW for leaders of Maintenance dept. and keep tracking to ensure LSW would be well implemented.

Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Main Purpose of Job: Ensure that all maintenance activities enhance people's and product's safety, product quality, protection of the environment and Operations performance, by providing engineering professional and technical leadership to the maintenance function in the factory.
Improve unplanned stoppage of machine from 7.50 % to 2.47% (period 2014 to 2017).
Maintenance & Improvement budget: Built the maintenance budget (zero base), ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting and tracking in line. In 2016, I saved for the factory 568 million VND by evaluating each type of spare part. Result, eliminating 24 items do not used and change stock min/max 19 items used seldom.
Establish maintenance plan and control of execution of maintenance plan in responsible area: Make new and revise 107 maintenance plans and also delete 54 maintenance plans are not effectiveness.
SHE Management at site: execute Zero access (this project relative Machine guarding) to close 70 points in 2015. The area that I manage is the first place to complete the project.
Quality Management at site: complete foreign body mapping to improve awareness of the staff.
People: Lead, train and develop people to achieve group objectives, enrich their skills and knowledge. Develop my group have 3 subject master of Bot and Nut, Mechanic transmission, Basic electric and sensor.
Complete 3 white belt DMAIC project as Leader, White belt certificate :
+ Reduce unplanned stoppage because of leaked at sealing line machine Sanko 5 filler from 374 min/100NPH to 0.6 min/100NPH in 2014.
+ Reduce minor stoppage relative clean filling unit machine Sanko 5 filler from 45 time/100NPH to 1.6 time/100NPH in 2015, saving 75 mil VND/year.
+ Reduce unplanned stoppage relative sealing leaked at Sanko 10 filler from 62.8 min/100NPH to 4.1 min/100NPH in 2016.
Execute TPM ((Total Performance Management) as MWG leader and PM member with main role:
+ PM overview step 1, 2, 3.
+ Classification of machine and spare part.
+ Lubrication management.
+ Technical documentation.
+ Prioritization of technical module for AWG.
Some suggestions to solve problem: Use carbon paper to visualize pressure force, use tool to check: the elasticity of the spring, the hardness of the material, the shore of rubber.
