Improve unplanned stoppage of machine from 7.50 % to 2.47% (period 2014 to 2017). Maintenance & Improvement budget: Built the maintenance budget (zero base), ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting and tracking in line. In 2016, I saved for the factory 568 million VND by evaluating each type of spare part. Result, eliminating 24 items do not used and change stock min/max 19 items used seldom. Establish maintenance plan and control of execution of maintenance plan in responsible area: Make new and revise 107 maintenance plans and also delete 54 maintenance plans are not effectiveness. SHE Management at site: execute Zero access (this project relative Machine guarding) to close 70 points in 2015. The area that I manage is the first place to complete the project.
