Solving issue occur in the line
New model line up: Arrange process & Make working instruction
Analysis to reduce loss time and idle time on the line
Process loss improvement - Line Balance analysis

Quality improvement - Make countermeasures to improve quality
Daily report, Weekly report, Monthly report about production and quality
Manage the distribution of materials for production
