December/2007 – February/2011: I have worked at Cong Thanh Cement Group (Tan Truong – Tinh Gia - Thanh Hoa). In here, I was working electrical department. I’m shift leader and control a group five persons. My responsibility is repair and disposal of electrical problems in factory with hight voltage, power suply, automation, air compressor and lighting...during running the line. Arrange the work for all members in group, And combined with the operational requiments and production plan to plan maintenance when the machine stop period and practice,and make planning materials and equipment for the maintenance process At the time follow and monitoring the implementation process. Also together with brother makes improvements of the machines and syterm conveyor and recalibration of the measuring equipment and loadcell system in the factory to suit actual. I can use PLC S7 (siemens) electric sorftware in job, Understand and apply it for my job. March/2011 – april/2012: I have worked at Rexam - Hanacans fatory of Hanaka Group (Tu Son–Bac Ninh). Specially in producing beer cans. In here, I’m working in electrical deparment. I worked follow shift 12 hours per day. I’m repair and mantenace electric equiment in the line, and make sure line working well. I understand principle of the struture and operator each machine, each step making the production.otherwise I was arranged ensure cans moving on the conveyor belt best eseay by the using software RSLgic (roockwell) to adjust speed and the time of the cans on conveyor.And I also together with brother in my room, upgreading older machines (Body maker) in the line, and support expert install a new line. April/2012 – Present: I was working at pepsico Bac Ninh factory (Phu Chan – Tu Son – Bac Ninh) in pepsico comporation, Specialized in producing beverage .in here ,I’m worked in mantenace depatrment and follow shift production.my main task, handle problem of machine obout the machenical, electrical when running, and repair and maintenace it when stop, and innovation, changes programe of the machine to match with actual. Otherwise I can understand princibles of operation each machines in the line. I also participate repair and maintance of high pressure, low pressure compressor, boilers and NH3…obout the Utility
