Work at Quality control department.
1. Receive and Translate worksheet, standart, general, complain from buyer and head office (Seoul, Korea) from English into Vietnamese
2. Approval sample (1st production, Pre-production sample) compare with worksheet, BOM, material card and reference sample, then reflect to line production or sub – contract company to improve quality
3. Check worksheet, Bill of material, reference sample, pattern, material,…before sewing sample. And after that check quality and send sample direct to buyer or head office.
4. Random checking inline and make inline inspection report, send to Korea
5. Check, take picture garment and make packing guide, make pre-final, final inspection report and send to Korea before ship out
6. Send email (use Outlook) to Seoul Sale team to double check order by order when have any problem during produce in factory.
7. Work with inspector in factory as a team.
