1.Manage sales and marketing relationships with all existing international customer within GCC & Levant; Develop and implement plans to establish our clients capability; Prepare and achieve export annual sales plans; Work in close cooperation with our clients operations, marketing, training personnel to support the needs of international customers; Establish effective local marketing and PR to maximize demand pull; Establish strong relationships with distribution partners to maximize breadth of distribution in each territory; Build the brands across the territories, seeking opportunities for licensing in and licensing out of content; Identify and secure profitable content for each brand in the relevant territories to support growth.
2.Coordinate the distribution or warehousing of customer products in a timely and effective and efficient manner
• Maintain a focus on continuous improvement to a world class standard of warehouse operations through developing, reviewing and updating warehouse procedures and associated business procedures (eg: customs procedures)
• Ensure the timely delivery of regular reports through the various reporting systems including daily invoicing and the weekly revenue, profit/loss summaries
3.- Owns the logistics of imports/exports
- Develops and manages the country's CBL organization
- Maintains (in consultation with legal and taxation) external relationships with relevant government departments and 3PL service providers.
- Help purchasing team in contracts management and suppliers sourcing.
- Interface with PS planning managers, plant logistics managers, finance managers, purchasing managers and materials supply managers to manage changes, constrains and any other issues in the import and export chain
- Identify and implement customer service improvements and cost reduction plan
- Ensure that all SOPs are in place and complied with audit requirements of internal control, as well as with country's laws and regulations.
- Overall owner of the performance of import and export reliability and cost
- Controlling Import & Export FPLCs
4.To manage and develop wholesales and distribution functions on a Country / South basis with main duties including:
- Conduct ongoing market analysis.
- Develop and control the departments of each category / product line together with the sales in each region.
- In charge of target develop the markets.
- Develop suitable sales strategies and corresponding policies.
- Hire, train and develop key staff in wholesales channel.
- Manage key account managers on a country.
- Assign tasks and manage the implementations of wholesales Dept.
- In charge of key staff working performance appraisal.
- Provide regular sales reporting to BOD.
- Other tasks assigned BOD to ensure the wholesales operations are effectively.
