- Search CVs, post job, arrange interview and interview staff , Worker, supervisor take care preparation for new staff, worker, supervisor..
- Update and follow up headcount plan and arrange recruitment for employee and give information for recruitment team to follow, maintain to meet budget
- Coordinate and conduct for all training programs and activities for employee development and managers
- Update job description and organization chart of the whole company and department wise
- Maintain objective and full fill staff, worker, supervisor…headcount plan on time and meet budget
- Ensure all training programs effectively and follow post training to improve staff performance
- Check and update employee information data system
- weekly, monthly recruitment report for company ( U1, U2, XUAN TAY, TAN PHU)
- Recruitment activities
2. ER STAFF :
Attend meeting and have a discussion and advice and action with employee who absent the previous day. Follow and control previous absent leave form of workers so that make sure workers submit leave form within the first day come back
- Improve employee satisfaction through coordinate with Nurse to check operation and quality of canteen (Checking meal, tea, cake service early morning, lunch & dinner)
- Regular check and remind employee about health, safety and environment when walking to the floor. Everyday ER Staff comes to floor to check working environment, to ensure that disadvantage or complain of workers about facilities, environment will be highlighted on time and report to Department Heads and relevant Managers
- Meet and motivate TMO and sharing with TMO who cannot pass skill test when they come near skill test date with Work Study. Attend meeting with TMO and report comment from TMO to related departments and follow up corrective action 2 days/week
- Meet Big sister, Supervisor every day and get information and report comment to HRM & Assistant HRM, and conduct regular meeting weekly with Big sister
- Solve unfriendly and conflict relationship happened at working place between Line Manager, Junior Manager and Employee.
- Call and visit employee (come to their house (If need)) who absent to find out the actual reason, advise and being consultant to improve their absenteeism and report absent reason. Visit employee in case they are sick, or their house have funeral, sadness. Meet and motivate employee to stay and work at company as long as possible and convince employee who intend to resign so that they can stay and continue to work and report to HRM and Assistant HRM
- Support and coordinate with HRM and Assistant HRM in training and retraining every year
- Making Resignation Report and Absent Report
- Update, follow issuing drinking water bottles & lockers for employees
- Non-Routine Coordinate with Admin and HR Staff in the event of company
- Issuing & follow up Annual Leave Plan for employee, make sure that annual plan effectively
- Organize to award the best line of the month
- Arrange for recruitment health check up and 2 times annual health check up
- Coordinate with HRM and Assistant HRM in CSR Activities
- Coordinate with recruitment staff in all recruitment activites of company- Make survey to get feedback from employees as request from HRM
3. OTHER JOB:
- Control leave record & leave control card, monthly timesheet
- Control Labor contracts
- Open PIT code for employees and dependants, open bank account
- Control and manage time attendant of employment
- Prepare Salary Review/Bonus/Promotion/Movement/Transfer Letters.
- Support to all employee services activities and benefits
- Ensure that suppliers comply with regulation of Food Safety, Working Safety, 5S, GMP, document filling
- Support to update/display on memorandum, notice board
- Others task will be assigned by HR Manager
