Shoes' uppers QC Supervisor Osco Vietnam Company Limited 10/2016 - Hiện tại ( 5 months ) - Supervisor of stitching uppers' QC team. - Ensure the uppers are well checked before passing to lasting lines. - Follow and meet customers's quality requests. Merchandiser Osco Vietnam Company Limited 10/2012 - 09/2016 ( 4 years ) - Communicates with customers, to ensure that all of their standards are meet during samples and production. - Ensure proper communication with the development team and production team in order to have smooth operation. - Pass out spec sheets to development team and purchasing team. - Open communication to all the people involved in sample making in order to run the sample smoothly and correctly. - Make schedule for sample making process such as prototype, salesman sample, confirmation sample and fitting sample - Checking all the materials carefully before making samples. - Checking sample materials delivery date to meet customer request completion date. - Involve in Commercialization process of, such as development and fitting trials. - After receiving bulk orders, pass out to production team. - Checking purchasing orders to make sure purchasing team purchase correct material and qty. - Checking bulk materials arriving date to ensure that all shoes are delivered on time based on customer request. - Report production schedule of cutting, stitching and lasting to customer. - Communicating with the customer in order to meet their standard. - Report directly to the general manager. - Able to handle most of the largest accounts of the company which the orders has taken 3/4 of whole season orders. - Involve in developing and commericialization process so have a great understanding about shoe making process and standards.
