My name is Tran Thi Chinh, I have graduated from Thai Nguyen University of Technology with a good degree more 7 years ago, majored in Automatic Electricity. After leaving the University until now, I have worked in Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd. –Bac Ninh branch with the position "Group Leader in Product Assurance Quality Department". In there, I have chance to achieve many skills and experiences such as English communication skill, Japanese working style, business and technical knowledge. Specially, with my organizational management skill I have assigned related jobs to quality assurance, always take action quickly and efficiency when happen any problem to ensure continuous production and prevent trouble object etc,.. Beside I have deeply knowledge in Safety Standard “ How To Assurance Quality Product 100%?” Others, some soft skills are developed in my mind such as communication, solving problem, presentation, team work.

From Sep-2009 ~ Now: Working for Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd. Position: Group Leader of Product Assurance Quality Department. Main jobs are: Assistant QA Manager to provide monitoring support the management of QA department and Support management to control and prepare documents and activities. - Solving quality problem issues, take recurrence prevention countermeasure quickly. - Monitoring and implementation quality improvement activity in factory. - Follow up quality index situation by month and report to quality committee. - Continuous deploy activities to rise up quality (PDCA: Plan-Do-Check-Action) - Establish and maintain document and record control procedures - Perform quality assessments. - Coordinate and direct the implementation of new standards into practice. - Work closely with all manufacturing departments to develop, improve and implement quality activities. - Control quality part input, assembly process, and product before shipment. - Control changing point - Make plan, prepare, implement, analyse, evaluate new product follow to quality procedures. - Resolve customer complaints, inform all related department to analyse and take to the root cause and countermeasure. And implement prevention countermeasure for similar trouble. - Training and re-examine the activities of staff. Responsibility to promote staff finished work well. Beside I have good safety standard skill. - Be responsible for establish and maitain factory QMS following ISO 9001 & Safety standard (CCC/TUV/UL/Chile… certificates) - Co-ordinate with other internal Departments & other factorys to carry out QMS improvement activities. - Receive and check certificates are approved for products. - Issue instruction or rule requirement from safety organization and distribute to all related internal department. - Outside audit : Prepare well for Factory Inspection for safety certificate (CCC, UL, TUV , Chile,…) - Realize and solve safety problem. - New product: Check and confirm all safety conditions, prepare document for approving new certificate from safety organization. - Contact directly with Japan headquater to get data or confirm any problem. - Other tasks assigned by QA manager…
