- Look for the new customer and to open my customer list or to extend the market

- Position : Export Department
Activities and perfomed
- Make document and complete declare customs
- Contact with the line to check price
- Follow all shipment will export, exported in week, in the month
- Complete all original document ( normally Invoice, packing list, bill of loading, certificate of original , phytosanitary, fumigation,contract ) follow the customer’ confirmation and send to them by express
- Report the plan export in week, info the other department the export plan for next week
- Resolve all most problem in export process
- Contact will foreign agent to take care shipment smoothly
- Contact with the liner inVietnam ( YML , OOCL, MSC, Evergreen, MSK,…) to choose the best price to report the boss
- Follow all shipment export from the cargo on board to delivery cargo to the client
- General all cost for each shipment
- Complete month’ report to the boss ( Include all shipment exported in each week, in the month)
