Contact to forwarder:
+ Make booking request for air shipments and CFS, CY shipments on web booking/ forwarder’s system (GTNEXUS).
+ Make Shipping Instructions
+ Checking and confirm B/L / FCR
+ Check Debit note/Local charge
- Checking FG warehousequantity for shipments
- Book to transportation company for trucks for CFS, containers
( 20DC, 40DC,40HC, 45HC) for CY before release the cargoes.
- Making Container / truck tracking record/ transportation payment
- Observe loading when release cargo.
- Check and seal trucks, containers
- ASN checking & approval for Coach shipments.
- Solve troubles related to shipping docs and report to customer.
- Send shipping documents for Internal after shipments done
- Send documents by express services
- Shipping Docs record

- Position: Imported Shipping staff ( specializing in imported shipments by Sea, Air, Courier…)
- Receiving shipping document from head office in Taiwan via email.
- Monitor and push the Agent to get Arrival notice.
Check Arrival notice of Agent with shipping document from TW to find differences.
- Request the service company to open the draft imported declaration of shipment and then checking it.
- Confirm to service company for opening the original imported declaration of shipment.
- Work with the warehouse department to deliver the shipment (materials, fabric, duck down ) on time so that the production line can catch up with export schedule.
- Making the imported shipment report every Month-end.
Making the Payment report ( shipments via courier, service fee and transportation fee from service company) to Accountant department.
- Some other duties under supervisor’s request.
