Job Description:
- Take care of customers by receiving orders from customer and issue Purchase Order to vendors.
- After issue Purchase Order to the vendors, must check the delivery every day and then arrange delivery schedules to customer
- Control stock well (finish goods and raw material), co-work with other departments in company to ensure delivery on time.
- Receive and resolve customer’s feedback, new designs.
- Prepare and Issue Quotation, Contract to customer.
- Prepare and maintain Monthly Closing with customers and suppliers, detail records, reports and other documentation
- Update the documents into the UNI ERP system.
- Control payment between BOYD and Customers
- Support other department: input data in Production team, support packing, prepare Delivery Note; order Office supplies
