Conduct report about environmental, safety quarterly, yearly and sent to government
Conduct HSE Training, and contact & organize to training anti-fire, First aid, Health checking annual
Perform daily HSE inspection, follow up of non-conformance
Investigation incident/accident at site, follow up corrective and preventive actions to avoid the recurrence from similar case
Perform HSE regulatory compliance assessment
Complete and submit internal and external HSE reports as required
Updating, issuing, revising MSDS. Making and monitoring Emergency Response plan and drills,
Monitor subcontractor and conduct audit Tier 2 related to HSE issues
Getting information from feedback of customer related safe, health, environment conditions at the company
Conduct annual hazard identification and risk assessment
Manage about hazardous waste
