* HR
- Recruitment - administering all recruitment activities as approved requirements, including but not limited to; job descriptions, job postings, screening and short listing applicants, arranging interviews, participating in interviewing and selection process if required, follow-up with unsuccessful and successful candidates.
- Training - Carry out the orientation training for new employee and organizing training courses (if any).
- Insurance - Social insurance, Medical insurance, Unemployment insurance and any other insurances introduced by regulations or employer.
- Labor Contract - Manage the Labor Contract, Making Labor contract, Control term of Labor contract, Collect the appraisal for renew Labor Contract.
- Others - Collect data of employee, Collect original profile of staff, Take part in meeting and make a report disciplinary.

*GA:

- Control the schedule of company’s shuttle bus and car & company canteen, environment.
- Fire Fighting, labor safety.
* Purchasing
Responsible for day to day performance of the department – to setup and implement purchasing policies and procedures of the company in order to comply with the regulations and requests of competent authorities
- Receive purchase requisition to buy related products, materials, equipment’s and services and to negotiate and purchase requested products
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to achieve the best quality good for the best price
- Planning for purchasing based on sales and usage of the company
- Following up with purchase order/contract schedule to make sure all goods are delivered on time, and check quality and quantity of each order
- Monitoring and documentation of payments to providers based on the terms in the contract; Coordinate with relative departments to solve issues related to purchased goods as: Quality, quantity, warranty
- Produce reports as requested by Boss
- Other works as instructed by the operations manager.
*Import/Export
- Control forwarder in import/export custom declarations and deliver goods ontime
- Process the customs procedure for import and export.
- Follow up and complete the document for payment completion.
- In charge prepare document for apply CO.
- Work with Vinh Phuc Customs relating to import and export issue.
- Liquidity of productions
- Report status of goods or shipments.
- Make liquidation reports.
- Monthly summarized reports.
- Other tasks as required by managers.
