7. Daily, weekly, monthly quality report of one shift

11. Making strategy reports for emulation of the factories of Canon Vietnam

Main duty:
1. Man Power Management of all QC and QA members.
2. Cooperating with other Dept. (Ass’y,Injection,Spay, Laser …) for all issues of Quality.
3. Monitoring the quality index of Production Dept. (Monitoring,CPK, CTQ…)
4. Solving all quality problems at customers.
5. Samsung Vendor Evaluation System for DKUIL via SQCI, G-MQIS.
6. Supervising all vendors supply goods to the DKUIL VN in Quality System of DKUIL.
7. Making monthly, periodic quality reports of the vendors to the General Director.
8. Making monthly, quarter quality reports of the QC and QA Dept. to the QC Director and General Director.
9. Making strategy operation reports to customer (Samsung).
10. Plan for periodic quality training courses to QC and QA members, quality training activities of the factory.
11. Control QC and Environment System (ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015).
12. Assuring periodic audit of organizations
13. Making plan for periodic audit vendors..
14. Following, testing and evaluating staffs ability.
15. Evaluating and arrangement positions of QC and QA Staffs
16. Control and assure RoHS in products of vendors of DKUIL in Samsung (E-Co partner)
