Training and working at Foxconn (From 2008-2010)
1. Learning about the production process and Foxconn’s culture
2. Develop the plans; implement the internal audits/pre-audit periodically in the production process, ,
to point out risk errors and ensure product quality to customer’s hand (check manufacturing
documents, SOP or ECN/ECR documents to ensure product follow into customer’s requirement).
Handle the 5S, develop, maintain, and assess the 5S systems of the Company, ensure all equipments
on production line are got standards. Ensure adherence to corrective and preventive actions process
for Non-Conformances.
3. Co-work with production lines to provide improvement projects to ensure they continuously meet
the FPY, production capacity or participate in manufacturing 6 Sigma program initiatives.
And cooperate with IQC team and warehouse to control incoming material quality and require the
improvement for abnormal issues
HR team leader at Foxconn (From 2011-2015)
1. Take responsible for implementation of recruitment and selection policies, processes and
programmers, in line with the Recruitment Strategy and guidelines.
2. Implement activities to build manpower source for recruitment and employer branding.
3. Responsible to implement the organization health survey and activities to improve the working
environment.
4. Develops and maintains the HR management system, including company policy & regulations,
employee handbook, salary grade, compensation & benefit system and performance evaluation,
training and promotion system.
5. Ensures HR policies and systems are in compliance with local laws and regulations
6. Provides compensation and benefits administration and provides employee safety, welfare,
wellness and health activities
7. Supports employee development and coordinates orientation and training programs
8. Make plan to audit factory from SA 8000, BSI customers or from customer’s client
9. Hold monthly meeting with employee and manager
Customer service Supervisor at Maxford (From 2015-2016)
1. Understand more ISO standards such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and based on the IPC-
600 standard and IPC-612 standard, to estimate the abnormal issues on PCB products, write SOP
and some ISO documents related to company’s standards
2. Make plan to train for newcomer and other departments about quality standards and ISO
documents in company
3. Attend customer quality review meeting and hold weekly meeting with customers to review
overall quality performance, and departments to feedback customer's request, quality performance
etc for continuous improvement activity.
4. Other tasks: Establish and foster relationship with customer front line people and collect customer
feedback/comments through Customer Satisfaction Survey. Help plant to eliminate gap or
misunderstanding with customer and Audit & qualify sorting house suppliers
5. Besides, understand a variety of computer programs and other systems that are commonly used
during an engineering project. Daily use some systems: Shop floor, MMS, CSM, TQM, SAP, TMM
