C-TPAT Carry out Nike regulation for product security  Train new employee and periodically relevant departments for awareness of product security and factory security  Make training plan, training report and keep record  Keep tracking status of product security in the factory and update into Nike system  Carry out C-TPAT internal audit and keep tracking correction plan  Revise manual and other relevant documents if necessary  Interview worker about C-TPAT regulation and factory rules when checking HSE issues in the workshop  Translate product security material from English into Vietnamese C Support other team member to translate document or information (English into Vietnamese and vice versa) HSE Check HSE issues in workshop weekly following the compliance - Fire Safety - Areas such as: stitching, assembling, finished goods warehouse, WC, chemical warehouse, canteen etc - Ask and instruct workshop to correct non-confomity - Keep track of correction actions - Interview worker’s knowledge about safety work instruction, chemical safety, PPE etc - Interview worker about payment regime and working hours to check compliance following Nike’s policy and local law Train employee about safety (identification of hazard & risks, machine, ergonomics, chemical safety, PPE etc) and keep record Make risk assessment , warning signs and safety training material Write safety work instruction for machine in workshops Support in issuing and revoking PPE in workshops ISO - Control, keep, update, upload, issue and revoke document (procedure, sample form, etc) of all departments to relevant depts - Assure that all procedures have code and follows rules in the factory - Support internal audit and external audit - Keep tracking of correction and prevention action
