Tôi xin tự giới thiệu, tôi tên Nguyễn Việt Dũng, 31 tuổi, hiện đang sống tại Đồng Nai và làm việc cho công ty cổ phần chăn nuôi C.P. Việt Nam. Với hơn 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí an toàn, sức khỏe và môi trường tôi đã có đủ kinh nghiệm và sự tự tin để có thể đảm nhiệm công việc Chuyên viên an toàn - HSE mà quý công ty đang tuyển dụng. Tốt nghiệp đại học giao thông vận tải cơ sở 2 chuyên ngành cơ khí máy xây dựng cùng với các kỹ năng về ngoại ngữ tiếng Anh và các kỹ năng sử dụng các phần mềm vi tính văn phòng cũng như các kỹ năng đào tạo, thuyết trình, làm việc nhóm, đưa ra quyết định...Tôi tự tin nộp đơn vào vị trí này và hy vọng sẽ được ban lãnh đạo của quý công ty quan tâm

At present I am working at C.P Viet Nam Corporation with main duties :
- Create & implement HSE plan for all branches of C.P Vietnam
- Annual holding and implement HSE assessment based on OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001
- Holding and implement environmental risk assessment
- Supporting, collecting and checking HSE and Energy KPI data
- Organization of risk analysis, hazard identification, JSA implementation
- Training standards related to health and environmental safety
- Combine and provide data to sustainable development department for create C.P Vietnam SD report
- Combine with Global Risk Company for risk annual survey
- Support all factories in term of social responsibility to meet the needs of customers on HSE
- Support in term of waste suppliers assessment about environment to select qualified suppliers
- Annual training HSE basic programs for new safety officer
- Annual training fire protection system for safety officer
- Annual performance test of fire pump for all factories
- Annual inspection of electrical and mechanical equipment by Thermo Imager
- Holding Organization, chaired the meeting of HSE monthly to grasp the situation of HSE on each branch
- Check and assess the compliance of PPE regulations
- Perform work related to the machinery, equipment and materials subject occupational hygiene and safety with strict requirements
- Reports to state agencies on occupational safety, health, environment and fire prevention and fire fighting
