From 08/2012 To Now, I working on FuNing Precision Component Ltd ( Foxconn Group ) - Assisting SMT Supervisor in SMT activities at factory. - Checking the production process and making the detail reports about the jobs. - Joining in SMT activities to improve the line and movement of workers. -Review daily quality and Productivity then give solution -Assign manpower to trouble machine and process issue then direct solve issue or contact to supplier to solve it - Analysis to find out root cause and corrective action, preventive action for d machine issue and process issue - Arrange NPI procedure for SMT station. - Drive improvements in SMT process include: stencils, jigs and tools, machine effectively. * Project improvements 05/2013-12/2013: Project improve defect rate SMT defect to SI. 02/2015-07/2015: Project improve stuck stencil at SMT. 06/2015-Now: Project improves antenna damage. - Process improvement, productivity up and quality up - Analyzing and give troubleshooting for Machine, Process and relate problems. - Approving new material and co-operating with supplier in technical matters. - Designing methods for product and inspection. - Control and request manpower, spare parts. - Cost-down manpower and consumable parts. - Training for new comers and worker .
