- Attending the hand off meeting with adidas side about new model. It helps me understand about general information of new project so that I can support for my team-mate.
- Collecting issues of team members projects and discussing with adidas to find out the best solution for adidas and factory.
- Taking care of quality of samples before shipping to adidas to make sure that good samples will be delivery to customer.
- Working closely with LAB team about the quality of finished shoes and material to avoid issues in mass production.
- Training for new comer the process of PDM team.
- Making the report to manager for each stage of development.
- Checking BOM of team members before pass to other department for making sample.
- Making the CWA report before mass production.
- Checking model issue and accept for new order from production side.
