Responsibilities:
• Lead HR staffs
• Build up and manage all HR issues (Salary scale, compensation and benefit, Social Insurance, Labor Contracts, labor agreement, Reward and discipline, labor relation, labor dispute ,Internal labor Regulation, KPI, company culture...)
• Build up, follow, finish legal HR document to register with government agencies as regulated in Vietnam Law and deal with government inspections.
• Build up and practice Recruitment and training procedure.
• Follow and manage Software of HR System Management: SAP, ERP
• Consult and suggest HR project as in raising situations
• Other raising tasks
