1. From October 2016 till now: Legal officer at Vietnam International Commentcial Joint stock Bank (VIB) and I am in charge of works involving in credit and collateral such as following: - Edit and reviewing facility agreements, bank guarantees, syndicate/club-deal loan agreements, corporate contracts, etc - Consulting on legal issues involving extending credits including without limit loans, guarantees, L/C, credit card, factoring, negotiation, buying bond and receving collateral to secure the credits - Vetting the internal policies and regulations to make sure them complying with Vietnamese legal documents - Commenting on draft of Laws and regulations of Vietnamese authority bodies to have a voice on those documents - And other tasks as Managers requires. 2. From April, 1st 2016 till September, 30th 2016: Legal officer at Dong Ngan Law firm – which firm only serve for Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Maritime Bank) and TNG group. - Consult legal matters involving banking and enterprise’s activities for Maritime Bank and Maritime Bank’s customers, such as following:  Loan agreement, Bank Guarantee, Security agreement, Method of disbursement, etc  Purposes of buying, selling and transferring foreign currency amount to outside Vietnam.  Buy and sell debts between Maritime Bank and other Vietnamese financial institutions and Vietnam assets management Company. - Check, edit and review related banking contracts of Maritime Bank. - Review and give legal comments for draft of Vietnamese legal document as State Bank, other state agencies, and Vietnamese banking Association‘s requires. - Edit weekly legal bulletin. 3. From September, 1st 2011 till March, 31st 2016 : Compliance Officer at Risk Management Division of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank. I am in charge with the following tasks: - Consult legal matters involving banking and enterprise’s activities including without limit: + Deploying new activities, providing the Bank and its customer’s confidential information, transfering customers’ money on their accounts to State Agents as these bodies’s requires + Building frame of internal authorization; + Solving the wrong transmittance by customers, etc. - Assess Gaps between Maritime Bank’s policies, activities and provision of Vietnamese legal regulations; - Participate to resolve customer’s complaints about service and transactions; - Contact with State Bank’s staff to submit and push the granted banking license process for Maritime Bank. - Assess newly published Vietnamese regulations to list out their impacts on the Bank’s activities.

In the next three years, I hope to become a strong in-house lawyer. So I can deal with most of issues can appear in enterprise‘s performances. I also have a voice to Head of Legal department and other Heads of the company in solving legal problems. Moreover, I want to work in a professional, international environment, so I can build my career, use and enhance all my background, qualifications and personalities.
