- Duties & Responsibilities:
+ To undertake all blasting, grinding and painting inspection work with owner representative and paint maker.
+ Read and understand a coating specification for surface preparation and coating preparation.
+ To carry out environmental test instruments and inspection equipments for example: test for solube chemical salt contamination, dust test, profile test…
+Monitor weather and equipments condition during painting, coating operation.
+ Ensure that paint materials are use from approval paint manufacturers with valid pot life.
+Ensure that the application of coating is carried out as per the technical data sheet of the manufacturer and approval painting specification.
+ Ensure that proper time interval between intermedia coat for proper chemical reaction.
