With 3 years working as a senior Developer in POUYUEN, my main tasks here can be shortly described in some key words: Develop the new tech package, Explore the sample and Start Production, my job includes:
• Clarifying materials and Color drawings from Head Quarter.
• Checking and confirming the Swatches for stages as Head Quarter requires from beginning.
• Inspecting the accuracy of the shoe for every stage to ensure the good quality before shipping out.
• Being responsible as a QC for colors, materials and shoe patterns in Production, all of these are correct as the original confirmed version.
• Running CS1, CS2 & CS3 to find out all potential risks of the full sizes and solve immediately. Especially, the CS3 meeting held by all Directors of Departments is strictly conducted with LOP attendance.
• Reporting to Team Leader and top Supervisors the tracking status following timeline.
• Exchanging Supplier for material improvement.
• Attending global meeting with Head quarter for new Model
• Reducing the target FOB when it is over
• Ensuring for all relating tests to be passed before going in-line for Production.
