Giới thiệu bản thân Mô tả về bản thân, nêu các kỹ năng, năng lực, lợi thế và điểm còn hạn chế của bạn nếu có content 1) From 02/2009 to 01/2014 : Sumida Electric Vietnam Co.Ltd Position : Production Engineering Staff Key responsibilities:  Repair and maintain machine for support production lines  Design some jigs, improve some process to rise the efficiency of production lines  Fire protection and Accident prevention  Manage and training subordinates to ensure equipments and machines working smoothly  Control consumables and spare parts  Making monthly, yearly calibration plan  Combine with production to get higher effective production Performance:  Improve and design some new jigs for suitable with production process.  Calibration with the measuring system. Made the system to training Quality Engineer and Production team deparment for making sample and calibration for the measuring system.  Reduce the customer complain case about Inductance from 7 to 1 case 2) From 02/2014 – 08/2015 : Fujixerox Haiphong Co.Ltd Position : Production Supervisor Key responsibilities:  Supervise production team with 4 lines (90 workers)  Make production plan base on target from SCM Department  Follow the Quality Problem  Manage Material Warehouse of Production Department Performance:  Make some process to control production line more easier for manage (visual managing)  Training Line leaders about how to control production line running stable and get higher efficiency.  Quality analysis and countermeasurement  Control the material always meet production requirement 3) From 09/2015 – 12/2017 : Haengsung Electronic Vietnam Co.Ltd Position : PCB Senior Staff Key responsibilities:  Supervise Production team with 5 lines (30 workers) and PE team (6 members)  Setup new machine and equipment and make them ready for production  Repair and maintain machines, jigs and equipments  Control consumable and spare parts, tooling, jigs…  Follow production plan of Plan Department to catch-up quantity, prepare for new product.  Manage subordinate to implement Quality standard, combine with LQC and OQC to improve Quality issue in line during production process and Customer complain  Joining Quality improvement task to improve process quality  Improve jigs and work method of worker to prevent Quality issue during production  Training and support PE team to repair machine, update program and maintain equipment to reduce loss time during production Performance:  Make some process to control production line more easier for manage (visual managing)  Combine with LG R&D Korea and Vietnam to improve pass rate of product in Calibration process (increase pass rate in all lines to 95%)  Improve resin dispense process by replace worker by setting automatic Jig (reduce total 5 worker/5lines)  Improve worker manual operation by improve air spray machine to automatic spray therefore reduce loss time and increase line balance (from 75% to 85%)  Joining Q-Bank activity to improve Quality issue during production  Joining the PLI (Production Loss Improvement) activity in company  Get an “Excellent staff of the Year” prize in 2016
