Managing the import Purchase Orders: proposing Purchasing Request for approval, placing of order to GR at warehouse; following up to secure for not losing, delay, corruption … during goods’ production. Handling whole route of products including transportation, process and procedure… to ensure it delivered to clients in timely and cost-effective manner.
Following with suppliers about the capability of goods-supply aligning to stock inventory for alerting Sales and relevant functions in order to minimize the problems/damages for Brenntag and customer
Being key contact for all supply chain and logistics related to all inquiries and concerns between suppliers and customers.
Handling import shipping documents and solving all issues related importing process, customs declaration,etc
Being responsible in forecast: updating, changing within lead time, deciding order flow (taking stock from HUB or purchasing from supplier directly), managing purchase price
Sourcing goods within internal Brenntag for ad-hoc orders in the most effective way.
Implementing the monthly reports as requested by superiors.
Coordinate with inventory management team to control inventory
