1. Receive project plan from Project Manager, follow up with the production result, Ensure and follow up job schedule delivery.
2. Monitor the daily production output to ensure that is meets the Company’s and Customer’s standards and specification and other applicable codes.
3. Creates Material Take Off (MTO) report, Cutting Plan and Weld Map from the Design sketches & calculations.
4. Manpower to maintain full working capacity on all machines, report all machine breakdowns.
5. Check the number production and report with Project Manager.
6. Follow up on Quality Standards: authorized to sign NCR reports raised by QC, co-operate with QC to check, fix mistake and make sure the products meet quality requirement, close NCR (if any).
7. Supervise and ensure implementation of safety policy during working of worker.
8. Making daily Production report and record material consumption.
9. Initiate and develop new methods of improving the quality and productivity.
10. Submit recording data to production clerk of production to make sure production report will submit correctly and on time.
II. QC Inspector - PEB STEEL BUILDINGS
1. Ensuring that the materials being received are in good shape and as per P.O. specification.
2. Keeping of all the records pertaining to Quality Documentation.
3. Must be aware if there is any special requirements from the Job that has been fabricating.
4. Checks dimensional and physical appearance of the finished product.
5. Ensuring that the raw materials that are being used is based on the job specification.
6. Prepares daily Accomplishment and QC Inspection report.
7. Prepares Non-Conformance Report if found any deviation from the shop drawings, material specification, fabrication and immediately inform superior for further investigation and action.
8. Label or marked the affected products that is needed to be repaired to prevent from further fabrication process.
9. Prepares Corrective Action Report if there is any process or specification needed to enhance or to improve.
10. Ensuring proper packing of finished materials to prevent damage or loss during transit.
11. Keeps Inspection tools in good and working condition.
12. Ensuring packed materials are having their correct labeling and marking.
13. Daily communication with the Shop Foremen for Quality related matters.
14. Ensuring that only updated or revision drawings are being used.
III. Mechanical Engineer - MEKONG
1. Creates Approval Drawings from the Design sketches & calculations.
2. Makes corrections to the Approval Drawings after checking by the Drafting Checker.
3. Corrects drawing in accordance with the returned Approval Drawings.
4. Marks up the Approval Drawings with piece marks in order to create the Erection
5. Makes shop drawings from Approval Drawings & Design Calculations and in compliance with PIF.
6. Creates BOM (Bill of Material) for the project once it is completely detailed before the project is released to the shop for production.
7. Helps prepare Standard Details based on sketches provided by Checkers.
8. Saves files & records documents according to ISO system.
9. Support the fabrication process.
