-The head of the Needle detector Control Department in the Regent company.
-Responsibilities:
+Running all of activities in the area base on function and plan
+Control manpower, machines and accessory to make sure production activity.
+Uphold and practising processes
+Getting and resolve all of problem which just arise
+Take out solutions to improve and do raising productivity, raising productive and save spend for the Factory.
+Control 5s as ask from the Regent Factory, Crystal Group and Customers:
Make sure passing result : 99% to 100%
+Control strictly about quality to make sure don’t have any claims from Buyers, as:
*Claim Needle, claim insect, claim quantity, claim Wrong information on the cartons,
Claim dangerous tool,..
+Training for New person in-charges, new worker to develop productive
+Along with the leader team to build new plan which relate to grow up of the Factory.
+Comments with management committee when set up new manufacturing area, including:
(material, manpower, process…)
