Follow up procedures for new comers: prepare & send offer letter, probation contract, facility in department related
Follow up probation time

Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
Compensation & Benefits:
Process monthly time keeping and payroll for all employees: Calculate salary, social insurance monthly in human resources and salary software
Responsible for related compensation issues such as Annual Salary Increase, Bonus, other special payment, etc., commission, gasoline allowance, vehicle allowance, mobile phone reimbursement.
3/ General management of HR and Admin functions

Maintaining employee profiles & data (both hard and soft copies) logically and systematically
Updating and maintaining HR policies & procedures to be relevant to business and in compliance with laws and regulations
Ensuring Company’s staffs understand HR policies as well as C&B policies
Checking and extending permits of company as: Bussiness license, Work permit and Temporary residence card for foreign emloyee, Leasing Factory, etc.
Registrating and reporting labor period
Managing theo forms, document of HR and Company
Issued stationeries
Managing mainteenance team, Security team, Cleaner team, Nurse
Responsible for maintaining ISO-HACCP 9001 certificate (For FMCG)
Responsible for Company’s properties
Other tasks: Administrative, clerical, etc.
